Airfares, Travel insurance, hotel accommodations and domestic car rentals are bookable online.
Travel packages, international car hires and cruises are not bookable online. Please send us the enquiry/booking form, our consultants will check availability of seats and get back to you within the same business day, most time within 1-2hrs, or if enquiries are sent after business hours, you'll get a reply early next business day. Deposits
Temporary booking can be held for a certain period of time, No booking will be secured until a deposit is received
Deposits are
non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled. However, deposit can be used for your next booking within 6 mths.
International
bookings
$100 per person is required
as a deposit for each flight booking to secure the booking
10% of total value is
required as a deposit for all ground product to secure the booking
Final payment is required 4
weeks prior to departure or an earlier date specified by the consultant.
Government and Aiport Taxes
Most airport taxes are now pre-paid and appear on your airline ticket. When
reconfirming your flights we suggest that you check regarding any additional taxes which may be applicable to the country
you are visiting.
Passport and Visas
All travellers leaving Australia require a passport valid for 6 months. You
must also check regarding any visa requirements for the countries you are visiting. All passport and

What are the Payment
Options?
Please note, unless full payment is received, airline could air fares any time.
In Person
If you are visiting our office on Suite 301, 45 Lime Street, King Street Wharf, Sydney 2000, Australia, you may pay by cash, Efpos, cheque or credit card (service charge may apply). For cheque payment, no tickets will be issued until cheque is cleared. Not recommended for urgent bookings.
Your tickets or vouchers will NOT be available instantly at time of payment, unless for products bookable online. It takes minimum half an hour to issue an airline ticket, pleaes consult with your travel consultants before your visit.
Remotely
1. Direct Deposit You may deposit your payment directly to our bank account through online banking, BPay or visiting any Westpac Bank branch near you. If you are paying thru a non-Westpac bank, it might take couple of days for us to receive the fund. If it is urgent bookings, use internet transfer only if you are NAB customer, or pay cash to our account at any NAB branch.
An online transfer from your account in NAB to ours, only takes couple of hours, if from a different bank, it might take couple of days.

2. by Cheque Your tickets will not be issued till your cheque is cleared. Not recommended for urgent bookings
3. by Credit Card You may pay for online
domestic airfares, hotels, travel insurance and domestic car rentals.
For products not bookable online, you may use credit card for deposit. For full balance, an authorisation form has to be signed and signature verified by our consultant, or if you are our repeat customer, special arrangement can be made with your travel consultant. Service fees apply to credit card payments, 1% for Visa/Master/Bankcard, and 3% for Amex and Dinners.
