As the World’s Leading Airline Etihad is committed to making sure that every time guests fly with them, their journey is truly remarkable. From 1 December 2014, Etihad will begin the introduction of some exciting enhancements across their fleet.
First Class
They've elevated First Class to new heights, drawing on the best hotels and fine dining restaurants to create a luxurious experience for the discerning traveler. An elegant reception service welcomes guests whilst they settle into their Suite. The new throw blanket and cushion have been designed to create a sense of your home away from home. The fine dining menu includes new canapés, a pre-dessert course and signature cognac service. Guests can dine at their private table dressed with an elegant range of fine bone chinaware from Nikko Japan, with ‘Royal Oak’ cutlery from Studio William and crystal glassware from Lucaris.
Business Class
Whether guests want to work, sleep or just unwind, Etihad's Business Class experience has been designed to give guests even greater levels of comfort and choice. Guests travelling with on longer flights will enjoy a turndown service featuring a mattress, loungewear and slippers. When they’re ready, they can select from the Dine Anytime menu inspired by upmarket bistros with a new ‘All Day’ menu introduced on longer flights. This restaurant inspired experience continues with a contemporary range of bone china, full-sized glassware and cutlery inspired by the shapes and textures of Etihad's home, Abu Dhabi.
Economy Class
Etihad understands that when guests travel, comfort is important. Which is why in Economy Class, they have introduced new elements that will help make guests journey a more relaxing one. Step onboard and they’ll notice the refreshed cabins with a new range of pillows and blankets. On longer flights, they’ve designed a unique pillow that converts easily from a standard pillow to a neck pillow to help guests sleep. Tehy’ve also introduced a blanket bag that doubles up as convenient tidy bag to store personal belongings on longer flights. Combined with thei new amenity kits and enhanced food and beverage offering, Etihad is re-thinking the small things that make a difference to the way guests fly.
